How it runs

What we build, step by step.

This is the usual shape. Yours gets built around how your team actually does the job.

  1. 01

    Completed visits picked up daily

Patients seen that day are collected, leaving out anyone marked do-not-contact and any visit types you'd rather not ask about.

  2. 02

    A thank-you with a review link

A short text or email the next day with a direct link to your Google listing. Each patient is asked once, then not again for a year.

  3. 03

Unhappy replies sent to a person

If a patient replies with a complaint instead, it goes to the practice manager to call them, and they don't get a review link.

  4. 04

    Draft replies to new reviews

New reviews are collected and a reply is drafted in your voice for someone to check and post. Replies never confirm someone is a patient or mention their care.

Built for your business

Same job, different business. We build yours.

Two firms in the same trade rarely run a job the same way. Different software, different steps, different people signing off. We build it for your business, around how your team actually does the job.

  • Your steps

Built around the order your team already works in, odd exceptions included.

  • Your software

Runs inside the tools you already pay for, set up the way you use them.

  • Your rules

Your wording, your limits, your sign-offs. Nothing generic goes out in your name.

You sign off

Your team keeps the final say.

A person reads and posts every reply to a public review. Complaints go to the practice manager, not to an automated answer.

What it's worth

What those hours add up to.

2 hours a week, over 46 working weeks, is 92 hours a year. At $50 an hour, that’s

$4,600

back in the business, every year.

Typical, not promised.

Before and after

The job, before and after.

How it runs today

Asking for reviews depends on the receptionist remembering at checkout, which mostly happens on quiet days. Meanwhile one unhappy patient's review sits at the top of your listing for months.

What we build

  • Completed visits picked up daily
  • A thank-you with a review link
  • Unhappy replies sent to a person
  • Draft replies to new reviews

A month in

Every patient gets asked, not just the ones seen on a quiet day, so recent reviews keep coming. Complaints get a phone call before they turn into one-star posts.

FAQ

Does asking for reviews this way filter out unhappy patients?

No patient is stopped from leaving a review. A patient who replies to the thank-you with a complaint gets a call from the practice manager, which is just good service. Everyone else gets the same Google review link.

Why can't the system post replies to patient reviews itself?

Because a badly worded public reply about a patient's care can break privacy rules. So the system drafts each review reply, and a person checks and posts it.
