AI for Automotive
AI for Automotive gives a typical service desk around 25 hours a week back: reminders go out on their own, bookings land in the diary, extra work gets a yes or no by text while the car is still on the ramp, and the 'is my car ready?' calls dry up.

Sound familiar?
It's all up onthe office wall.
The same four headaches, pinned up every week and never quite sorted.
The phone runs the service desk
Booking requests, 'is it ready?' calls and suppliers ringing back all hit the same line. The advisor answering it isn't the one serving the customer at the counter.
Extra work waits for a callback
A technician finds worn brake pads and the car sits on the ramp while the advisor tries to reach the owner. Every hour it waits is an hour the bay isn't earning.
Parts chasing
Ordering from three motor factors by phone and email, then chasing which delivery is coming when. One late part pushes the whole day.
Customers who don't come back
Service and MOT reminders go out when someone remembers to run the report. Customers who weren't reminded book wherever is handy on the day.

FAQ
What owners ask us first.
Something we haven't covered? Ask it on the call.
We use Tekmetric, Shopmonkey, Garage Hive or a dealer system. Will it work?
Usually, yes. Most garage and dealer software either connects directly or can export the job and customer lists the build needs. We check yours on the call, before you pay anything, and if we can't reach it, we'll tell you straight.
Will customers know they're getting automated texts?
They'll see texts from your garage's own number, written in your tone, and they can always reply or call to reach a person. Most just notice they're kept in the loop without having to ring.
Does it decide prices or approve work?
No. Your service advisor or technician sets every price. The system sends the quote your advisor has approved and records the customer's answer. It never changes a price or authorises work on its own.
Is customer data safe?
Customer data stays in accounts in your business's name, and the build only sees the customer, vehicle and job details each task needs. The handover pack lists every permission, and you can switch any of them off yourself.
My advisors are flat out. Do they need training?
Very little. Service advisors keep working in the garage software they know. Confirmed bookings and approved quotes just show up, along with a short list of replies that need a person.
