01

AI Content Writer

Content / Remote, global / Full-time

Apply for this role

You'll write our solution pages: what we build for a plumber, an accountant, a property manager, and the results it gets them. They're how people find us. You've used the tools yourself, and can turn what you've learnt into something a business owner without a technical background can act on. You can take a vague brief and turn it into a structured piece without much back-and-forth. You have strong English writing and editing skills.

Send two or three writing samples, ideally about a tool or workflow, plus your availability.

What we're looking for

  • Writing samples that explain a technical tool or workflow to a non-technical reader
  • Hands-on use of AI tools in your own work.
  • Can turn a vague brief into a structured piece without much back-and-forth
  • Adept English writing and editing
02

Implementation Engineer

Engineering / Remote, global / Full-time

Apply for this role

You'll build the agent integrations we sell: connecting client tools, email, the support desk, accounting, the CRM, etc. You'll own a build from the first scoping call to the thing running unattended in production. And you'll decide what an agent gets to do without a human checking it first.

Send your resume or portfolio, an example of an integration you've shipped, and your availability.

What we're looking for

  • Comfortable with APIs, webhooks, auth, and integrating third-party tools
  • Practical experience building AI or agentic applications that reached production, not just a demo
  • Judgment about what an agent should be trusted to run unsupervised
  • Strong written English and able to work independently across time zones
  • Preferably a strong technical background, but we will consider strong non-technical candidates with a track record of shipping agentic applications

The work itself

Get close. Make the call.

Work starts inside the workflow. You need to understand what happened and decide where a person still needs to check.

  1. 01

    Work inside the tools

The team works inside client tools and stays close to what an agent actually did, not just the report about it.

  2. 02

    Explain the work clearly

You will write for people without a technical background and make client handoffs easy to follow.

  3. 03

    Make careful calls

We need people who can decide which parts of a workflow an agent may handle and which still need a human check.

  4. 04

    Work independently

You will take a vague brief, work across time zones, and keep the job moving without much back-and-forth.
