AI for HR & Recruiting
AI for HR & Recruiting means every applicant hears back the same day, interviews get booked by text instead of phone tag, and new-starter paperwork, licence renewals and timesheets get chased without you or your office manager doing it by hand.

Payroll query handling
4 hours a week back for your payroll lead.
Sound familiar?
It's all up onthe office wall.
The same four headaches, pinned up every week and never quite sorted.
Hiring on top of the day job
When a tech leaves, you write the ad at night, read applications between jobs, and play phone tag to set up interviews. Good candidates take another offer while you're still trying to ring them back.
A hundred applications, five worth calling
One ad brings in a pile of applications and most don't have the licence or the experience. Someone still has to open every one to find the few worth a call.
New-starter paperwork
Tax forms, right-to-work checks, bank details, handbook sign-off, licence copies, uniform sizes. It's collected over weeks by email and text, and something is always missing on payday.
Dates nobody is watching
A licence expires, a safety card lapses, timesheets come in late every Monday, and leave gets agreed in a passing chat. It works until it doesn't, and then it's a fine or a crew short.
The automations

FAQ
What owners ask us first.
Something we haven't covered? Ask it on the call.
Will AI make hiring decisions for us?
No. AI for recruiting sorts applications against the checklist you agree, and a person sees every candidate it suggests turning down. You decide who to interview and who to hire.
Is AI applicant screening fair?
It's usually fairer than a tired read at 10pm, because the same checklist is applied to every application. We keep the checklist to what the job actually needs, and we review the sorting with you regularly to catch anything that looks off.
Is employee information kept safe?
Yes. Employee information stays on accounts you own, and personal documents go into your existing payroll or HR system, or a locked folder. Access is listed in the handover pack and you can switch it off yourself.
We don't have an HR system, just a spreadsheet. Is that enough?
Yes, a spreadsheet is enough. Plenty of the businesses we work with keep staff records in one. We build around what you have and only suggest a change if it would save you time.
Our crews don't check email. Will HR automation work for them?
Yes. Most of what goes to field staff and applicants goes by text, because that's what gets answered.
