AI for Law Firms
AI for Law Firms gets every new enquiry a same-day reply and gives a typical five-lawyer firm around 15 hours a week back: clients are chased for documents and kept up to date on their matter, and standard letters arrive as first drafts in Clio.

Document indexes and chronologies
A day or two back on every document-heavy matter.
Sound familiar?
It's all up onthe office wall.
The same four headaches, pinned up every week and never quite sorted.
Enquiries go cold
A possible client fills in your web form on Tuesday night. Nobody replies until Thursday, and by then they've booked a consultation with the firm that called back first.
Waiting on the client
Signed authorities, ID, bank statements, medical records, the completed questionnaire. Matters stall for weeks because someone has to keep asking, and that someone is usually a paralegal on billable time.
"Any update on my case?"
Clients call because they haven't heard anything, even when nothing has changed. Each call pulls a lawyer out of real work to open the file and say so.
The same letters, typed again
Client care letters, requests to the other side, chasers to lenders and courts. Most of each letter is the same every time, but it still gets written from scratch or patched from an old file.

FAQ
What owners ask us first.
Something we haven't covered? Ask it on the call.
Is AI safe for client confidentiality and privilege?
Confidentiality is protected by keeping the build inside accounts your law firm owns, with access limited to the matters, mailboxes and folders each job needs. Every permission is written down in the handover pack and you can revoke it yourself. We also agree up front which matter types it never touches.
Will it give legal advice or send anything as the firm's position?
No. The build sorts, chases, tracks and drafts, and that's all. Anything that contains legal advice, commits the client, or goes to a court or the other side is reviewed and sent by a lawyer.
We use Clio. Do we need to change anything?
No. Clio stays your law firm's system of record. The build reads matters, contacts and tasks from Clio and writes notes and drafts back, so your team keeps working where they already work. On a different practice system, we check what it can connect to before we propose anything.
Will our clients notice?
Clients will notice they hear back faster and get updates without asking. Messages go from your firm's address in your firm's voice, and you approve the templates before anything is sent.
Our partners don't trust AI drafting. Is that a problem?
No, that's a healthy place to start. Drafts are only ever drafts, built from your own precedents, and a lawyer signs off every one. Most law firms start with enquiry intake or document chasing, where nothing legal gets written at all.
