AI for Construction

AI for Construction gives a typical project team around 19 hours a week back: daily reports are written from the photos your crew already takes, RFIs and submittals are chased until they're answered, and sub insurance certificates, change orders and progress claims are ready for you to sign instead of typed up at night.

Quote follow-up6 hrs a week back

Sound familiar?

It's all up onthe office wall.

The same four headaches, pinned up every week and never quite sorted.

  • Paperwork after the shift

Site managers and project managers spend the evening writing daily reports, sorting photos and answering emails they couldn't get to on site. The paperwork happens on their own time or it doesn't happen.

  • RFIs that sit unanswered

A question goes to the architect and nobody tracks it. Two weeks later the crew is waiting on an answer that's buried in someone's inbox.

  • Sub paperwork out of date

A subcontractor's insurance certificate ran out last month and nobody noticed. Payment statements, tax details and licences are scattered across email.

  • Variations and claims done late

Extra work gets done on a verbal OK, and the variation is written weeks later, if ever. Progress claims go in late because the backup takes days to pull together.

FAQ

What owners ask us first.

Something we haven't covered? Ask it on the call.

We already use Procore. What does AI add?

AI adds the part Procore doesn't do: it fills in the daily log and chases people. Procore is a good place to keep RFIs, submittals and daily logs, but it waits for someone to type. We build the elves that write the log from site photos, follow up the overdue RFI and check each sub's insurance, and Procore stays the record.

We're not on Procore. Can you still help?

Yes, AI for construction works without Procore. Plenty of small builders run on email, shared folders, spreadsheets and their accounting software. We build around what you already have and don't make you buy anything new.

Will my site managers have to learn a new app?

No. Site managers keep taking photos the way they do now and can add a quick voice note on the drive home. The daily report gets written from that, and they only have to check it.

Does AI make decisions about design, safety or money on site?

No. The AI gathers information and prepares construction paperwork, and people make every call. The engineer answers technical questions, the site manager signs off the site record, and you approve every variation and progress claim.

Is our project data safe?

Your project data stays on accounts your company owns. Each elf only gets access to the folders and inboxes it needs. Every permission is listed in the handover pack, and you can switch any of it off yourself.
