Will AI send emails to customers on its own?
Not at first. Office replies are drafted and left for a person to send. Once you've watched it for a few weeks, you can let certain routine replies go on their own, like confirming a document arrived. Anything about money or a complaint always waits for a person.
We use Outlook, not Gmail. Does that matter?
No. Every office build works with Outlook and Microsoft 365 as well as Gmail and Google Workspace. We build on whichever you already have.
Is our customers' information safe?
Your customers' information stays on accounts you own. Each elf only gets access to the inboxes and folders its job needs. Every permission is written down in the handover pack, and you can turn any of them off yourself.
Will AI replace my office staff?
No. Their day changes from sorting and retyping to talking to customers and fixing problems. In most offices we work with, the hours freed up go to work that was being left undone, not to cutting staff.
What if AI types a wrong number into QuickBooks?
It can't post anything unchecked while it's supervised: nothing goes into your accounts or job system until a person has looked at it. After that, anything it isn't sure about still goes to a person instead of being guessed.
