AI for Accounting Firms
AI for Accounting Firms gives a typical manager 15 hours a week back: the document chase, the uncategorised-transaction emails and the onboarding checklist run themselves inside Xero or QuickBooks and your inbox, and your team only steps in when a client needs a judgement call.

Client document chasing
8 hours a week back and complete files days earlier.
Sound familiar?
It's all up onthe office wall.
The same four headaches, pinned up every week and never quite sorted.
The monthly chase
Someone emails forty clients for bank statements and receipts, then emails thirty of them again. It's the least skilled job in the building and it eats a senior person's Monday.
Uncategorised transactions
Same queries every month. What was this card payment? Is this personal? Each one is a two-line email that takes ten minutes to write and three days to come back.
Onboarding by checklist
Engagement letter, ID check, authority forms, software invites. A new client touches five systems before anyone does any accounting.
Deadline season
Year-end and tax deadlines stack up, juniors are hard to hire, and the admin doesn't shrink just because the real work grew.
The automations

- What does it cost?
- The price depends on how many jobs and systems are involved, and it's set out in the written proposal, not as an hourly estimate. You get that proposal within 48 hours of the free live build.
- How long does a build take?
- A first accounting firm build is usually live in one to two weeks. A person checks its work before it runs on its own, and the written proposal after the free live build sets out the exact scope, price and timeline before you commit to anything.

FAQ
What owners ask us first.
Something we haven't covered? Ask it on the call.
Does client data leave our systems?
No. Client data stays in accounts your firm owns, with access limited to the mailboxes and ledgers each part of the build needs. Every permission is written down in the handover pack, and you can revoke any of them yourself.
We already use Dext or Hubdoc. Does this replace it?
No. Dext and Hubdoc read receipts well, but they don't chase the client who never sends them. That chasing is the bit we build, around the tools you already have.
We run our work in Karbon. Does this fit around it?
Yes. Karbon stays where your team plans and tracks work. The build reads work items from Karbon to know which clients to chase and update, and ticks tasks off as documents arrive.
Will clients know they're getting automated emails?
Client emails come from your firm's address, in your firm's voice, and anything that needs judgement waits for a person to approve it. What most clients notice is that they get asked once, clearly.
Will this replace any of my staff?
No. The hours freed, around 15 a week per manager, are the admin hours your seniors resent. Most firms use them to take on more clients through busy season without hiring another junior.
