Sound familiar?
It's all up onthe office wall.
The same four headaches, pinned up every week and never quite sorted.
The same ten questions, all day
Do you cover my area? What's the callout fee? Are you open Saturday? The answers never change, but someone still stops what they're doing to type them out again, across email, texts and the website chat.
Messages in too many places
A complaint comes in on WhatsApp, a billing question in the general inbox, a new job through the web form. Each one waits until whoever owns that channel gets round to it. Some wait for days.
Customers chasing you
"Is anyone coming today?" "Has my order gone out?" Most inbound calls are customers asking for an update you could have sent them. Every one interrupts the busiest person in the office.
Upset customers spotted too late
The customer who's been let down twice usually tells you quietly, in an email nobody read closely. By the time you hear about it, it's a one-star review or a lost account.

- What does it cost, and how long does it take?
- A first customer service build is usually live in one to two weeks, and a person checks its work before it runs on its own. The price depends on how many channels and systems are involved, and it's in the written proposal you get within 48 hours of the free live build.

FAQ
What owners ask us first.
Something we haven't covered? Ask it on the call.
My customers want to deal with a person. Won't this put them off?
No, because customers still deal with your people for anything that matters. Simple questions get answered in minutes instead of hours. The customer who wants a person reaches one faster, because your team isn't stuck typing out opening hours.
What stops it giving a customer a wrong answer?
Customer replies only come from answers you've written and approved: your prices, service area and policies. If a question isn't covered, the customer is told a person will reply and the message is passed on. Nothing is guessed.
Will customers know the replies are automated?
Replies come from your normal address or number, in your voice, and whether you add a line saying they're automated is your call. Some owners do, most don't, and either is fine.
We use Jobber (or ServiceTitan, or Housecall Pro). Does this replace it?
No. Jobber, ServiceTitan or Housecall Pro stays where jobs are booked and tracked. We read job status from it to send customer updates, and log customer messages back against the right job where we can.
Is our customer data safe?
Yes. Customer data stays in accounts you own, and the build only gets access to the inboxes and systems it needs. Every permission is written down in the handover pack, and you can switch any of them off yourself.
Will this replace my receptionist or office manager?
No. Customer service automation takes the repeat replies and the chasing off their desk, around 12 hours a week in a typical front office. Most owners find their office person finally has time for the customers who need real attention.
What does it cost, and how long does it take?
