How it runs

What we build, step by step.

This is the usual shape. Yours gets built around how your team actually does the job.

  1. 01

Feedback gathered from where it lands

Review alerts, complaint emails and the reasons customers give when they turn down a quote.

  2. 02

    Survey answers read in full

If you send a short survey after each job, every reply is read, comments box included.

  3. 03

    Grouped into themes

Praise, complaints and lost-quote reasons sorted by topic, with how often each came up this month and last.

  4. 04

    Real words kept

Two or three customer quotes for each theme, linked to the job, so you can see it isn't a guess.

  5. 05

One page at the start of the month

The themes, what changed since last month, and one or two suggested fixes for you to decide on.

Shown with software we see a lot. If your team uses something else, we build it into that instead.

Built for your business

Same job, different business. We build yours.

Two firms in the same trade rarely run a job the same way. Different software, different steps, different people signing off. We build it for your business, around how your team actually does the job.

  • Your steps

Built around the order your team already works in, odd exceptions included.

  • Your software

Runs inside the tools you already pay for, set up the way you use them.

  • Your rules

Your wording, your limits, your sign-offs. Nothing generic goes out in your name.

You sign off

Your team keeps the final say.

It reads and summarises. It never replies to a customer or a review, and what you change because of it is up to you.

What it's worth

What those hours add up to.

3 hrs a month

Typical, not promised.

Before and after

The job, before and after.

How it runs today

Feedback lands in pieces. A review on Google, a grumble to a tech, a 'we went with someone cheaper' reply to a quote chaser, a survey nobody opened. Each one gets read once, by whoever saw it. Nobody puts them side by side, so the same complaint can run for a year before it reaches you.

A month in

You hear about a recurring complaint in month one, not month twelve, and you know whether quotes are lost on price, speed or something else entirely.

FAQ

Does it read our Google reviews?

Yes. The feedback summary reads the new-review emails Google already sends you, which covers most businesses. Replying to reviews is a separate build under marketing.

Does this work if we don't send surveys?

Yes. Reviews, complaints and quote replies are usually enough to spot the themes in customer feedback. If you'd like a two-question survey after each job, it can go in the proposal.
