Answers from old emails
Find what was agreed in seconds, not twenty minutes. One question searches every business inbox and comes back with the answer and the email.

How it runs
What we build, step by step.
This is the usual shape. Yours gets built around how your team actually does the job.
- 01
Your business inboxes connected
The shared inbox, the accounts inbox and the owner's work inbox, or whichever you choose. Personal accounts stay out.
- 02
Ask in plain words
'What trade discount did we agree with Coastal Timber?' or 'When did the Patels say they'd be away?' Asked from the team chat or by email.
- 03
An answer with the email attached
A short answer, the date, who said it and a link to the email. If nothing turns up, it says so instead of guessing.
- 04
Attachments searched too
Quotes, price lists and agreements sent as attachments are read as well as the emails themselves.
- 05
Access kept as it is
Staff only get answers from inboxes they could already open. The accounts inbox can stay with the owner and the bookkeeper.
Shown with software we see a lot. If your team uses something else, we build it into that instead.
Built for your business
Same job, different business. We build yours.
Two firms in the same trade rarely run a job the same way. Different software, different steps, different people signing off. We build it for your business, around how your team actually does the job.
Your steps
Built around the order your team already works in, odd exceptions included.
Your software
Runs inside the tools you already pay for, set up the way you use them.
Your rules
Your wording, your limits, your sign-offs. Nothing generic goes out in your name.
You sign off
Your team keeps the final say.
It only finds and quotes. Before an answer goes into a quote or a customer reply, a person opens the original email and checks it.
What it's worth
What those hours add up to.
2 hours a week, over 46 working weeks, is 92 hours a year. At $50 an hour, that’s
$4,600
back in the business, every year.
Typical, not promised.
Before and after
The job, before and after.
How it runs today
Someone needs to know what discount you agreed with a supplier, or when a customer said the house would be empty. It was in an email. Maybe the shared inbox, maybe accounts, maybe the owner's. So they try three searches with three guesses at the right word, then ask around.

A month in
Nobody loses twenty minutes hunting for an email, and the argument about who agreed what gets settled by the email itself.
FAQ
How is this different from the search box in Outlook?
Outlook's search box needs the exact word and looks in one inbox at a time. This takes a plain question, looks in every business inbox you've connected and hands back the answer, not forty results.
Can staff see the owner's emails?
No. Only the owner gets answers from the owner's inbox, and only if they connect it. Most owners connect their work address and nothing else.
