Team chat catch-up
Two minutes to catch up on a day of team chat. Decisions, questions for you and anything a customer is waiting on, pulled out of the noise.

How it runs
What we build, step by step.
This is the usual shape. Yours gets built around how your team actually does the job.
- 01
Your busy channels connected
The team and job channels you pick. Private messages between staff are left alone.
- 02
Read once a day, or when you ask
A summary lands at the time you choose, or on request when you're back from a day on site.
- 03
What matters pulled out
Decisions made, questions aimed at you, changes to jobs or prices, and anything a customer is waiting on. Chit-chat and photos with no news in them are skipped.
- 04
A link to every message
Each line in the summary links back to the original, so you can read the full thread before you act on it.
- 05
Unanswered questions flagged
A question that's sat without a reply for half a day goes to the top, with who asked it.
Shown with software we see a lot. If your team uses something else, we build it into that instead.
Built for your business
Same job, different business. We build yours.
Two firms in the same trade rarely run a job the same way. Different software, different steps, different people signing off. We build it for your business, around how your team actually does the job.
Your steps
Built around the order your team already works in, odd exceptions included.
Your software
Runs inside the tools you already pay for, set up the way you use them.
Your rules
Your wording, your limits, your sign-offs. Nothing generic goes out in your name.
You sign off
Your team keeps the final say.
It only reads and summarises. It never posts in the chat or replies for anyone, and you choose which channels it can see.
What it's worth
What those hours add up to.
2 hours a week, over 46 working weeks, is 92 hours a year. At $50 an hour, that’s
$4,600
back in the business, every year.
Typical, not promised.
Before and after
The job, before and after.
How it runs today
The team chat runs all day. Photos from site, banter, a supplier price change, and somewhere in the middle a question for you about Thursday's job. You either scroll back through 200 messages at night or miss the one that mattered.

A month in
Two hours a week of scrolling gone. Questions aimed at you get answered the same day, and a price change mentioned in passing on Tuesday doesn't catch you out on Friday.
FAQ
Can AI summarise our WhatsApp groups?
Usually not, because WhatsApp doesn't let outside systems read ordinary group chats. Messages to a WhatsApp Business number can be included. If your crew's chat lives in a WhatsApp group, we'll talk on the call about moving the work side of it to Teams or Slack.
Should the team know their chat is being summarised?
Yes, and we'd suggest telling them up front. The catch-up only reads the work channels you choose, the same ones you could scroll through yourself.
