Voice notes to tasks and reminders
Stop losing the things you remember while driving. Say it into your phone and it turns up as a task, a reminder or a drafted email.

How it runs
What we build, step by step.
This is the usual shape. Yours gets built around how your team actually does the job.
- 01
One number for voice notes
A WhatsApp contact saved in your phone. Hold the button, say it, let go.
- 02
Typed up and split apart
A two-minute ramble covering four things becomes four separate items, each with any name, date or amount you mentioned.
- 03
Sent where each one belongs
Office jobs go on the office list, reminders go in your calendar, and 'tell Sarah the quote's approved' becomes an email drafted for you.
- 04
Matched to the customer or job
Mention a customer or an address and the note is attached to their record in your job system.
- 05
A reply so you know it landed
A short message back lists what was created, so you can correct anything before you forget it again.
Shown with software we see a lot. If your team uses something else, we build it into that instead.
Built for your business
Same job, different business. We build yours.
Two firms in the same trade rarely run a job the same way. Different software, different steps, different people signing off. We build it for your business, around how your team actually does the job.
Your steps
Built around the order your team already works in, odd exceptions included.
Your software
Runs inside the tools you already pay for, set up the way you use them.
Your rules
Your wording, your limits, your sign-offs. Nothing generic goes out in your name.
You sign off
Your team keeps the final say.
Emails drafted from your notes wait for you to send them. Tasks and reminders are created straight away, and the reply lists each one so a misheard name gets caught.
What it's worth
What those hours add up to.
2 hours a week, over 46 working weeks, is 92 hours a year. At $50 an hour, that’s
$4,600
back in the business, every year.
Typical, not promised.
Before and after
The job, before and after.
How it runs today
Halfway between jobs you remember the deposit you meant to chase and the part a customer asked about. You ring the office and get voicemail, or tell yourself you'll write it down later. By teatime half of it's gone.

A month in
The promises you make in the van end up on a list instead of lost by teatime, and the office stops getting half-heard voicemails at 4pm.
FAQ
What if a voice note mishears a name?
Names in voice notes are checked against your customer list. Anything that can't be matched is marked in the reply, and one more voice note fixes it.
Can the techs send voice notes too?
Yes. Everyone saves the same number, and their voice notes reach the office list with their name on them.
