Compliance and renewal reminders
No more lapsed certificates found by accident. Every licence, policy and inspection date sits in one place, with a reminder 60 days before it runs out.

How it runs
What we build, step by step.
This is the usual shape. Yours gets built around how your team actually does the job.
- 01
One register of dates
Business licences, insurance, vehicle inspections and registrations, equipment servicing and staff certifications, with the owner and expiry for each.
- 02
Reminders at 60, 30 and 7 days
The person responsible gets a plain note: what's due, when, and what's needed to renew it.
- 03
On the calendar
Inspections and renewal appointments go on the shared calendar so they're planned around.
- 04
New documents filed
When the renewed certificate or policy arrives by email, it's saved to the right folder and the date moves forward.
- 05
A monthly status for the owner
Everything due in the next 90 days, with anything overdue at the top.
Shown with software we see a lot. If your team uses something else, we build it into that instead.
Built for your business
Same job, different business. We build yours.
Two firms in the same trade rarely run a job the same way. Different software, different steps, different people signing off. We build it for your business, around how your team actually does the job.
Your steps
Built around the order your team already works in, odd exceptions included.
Your software
Runs inside the tools you already pay for, set up the way you use them.
Your rules
Your wording, your limits, your sign-offs. Nothing generic goes out in your name.
You sign off
Your team keeps the final say.
The system reminds and files. Booking the inspection, renewing the policy or deciding a tech can't work until a certificate is renewed is done by a person.
What it's worth
What those hours add up to.
2 hours a week, over 46 working weeks, is 92 hours a year. At $50 an hour, that’s
$4,600
back in the business, every year.
Typical, not promised.
Before and after
The job, before and after.
How it runs today
Renewal dates are scattered across filing cabinets, a calendar and someone's memory. A vehicle inspection gets missed, a tech's ticket lapses mid-job, or the insurer asks for a document nobody can find.
What we build
- One register of dates
- Reminders at 60, 30 and 7 days

- A monthly status for the owner
A month in
Every renewal gets three reminders, starting 60 days out, so nothing lapses by surprise. When an insurer or customer asks for proof, it's in one folder.
FAQ
Can it read the expiry date from a certificate?
Yes. When a new certificate arrives, the expiry date is read and the renewal register updated, then shown to a person to confirm during the supervised weeks.
Does this cover our software and supplier contracts too?
No. Contract and subscription renewals have their own build under Purchasing, because they come with a cancel-or-renegotiate decision. The two can share one register.
