Meeting notes to actions
Actions that actually get done. Everyone knows who's doing what by when before they're back at their desk.

Hours back
3
hours a week back, typically
How it runs
What we build, step by step.
This is the usual shape. Yours gets built around how your team actually does the job.
- 01
The meeting recorded and transcribed
In-person, phone or video meetings are recorded with everyone's agreement and turned into a searchable record.
- 02
Actions pulled out with owners and dates
Each thing someone agreed to do is listed with their name and the date mentioned. If no date was given, it's marked as missing, not made up.
- 03
Sent to the people who own them
One message to the team within the hour, with each person's actions at the top.
- 04
Decisions kept in a running log
Anything the group agreed on goes into a dated decision log with a link back to the meeting.
- 05
Reminders before things slip
A day before each action is due, the owner gets a nudge. Overdue actions go to the top of the next meeting's agenda.
Shown with software we see a lot. If your team uses something else, we build it into that instead.
Built for your business
Same job, different business. We build yours.
Two firms in the same trade rarely run a job the same way. Different software, different steps, different people signing off. We build it for your business, around how your team actually does the job.
Your steps
Built around the order your team already works in, odd exceptions included.
Your software
Runs inside the tools you already pay for, set up the way you use them.
Your rules
Your wording, your limits, your sign-offs. Nothing generic goes out in your name.
You sign off
Your team keeps the final say.
The person who ran the meeting sees the action list first and can fix it before it goes to the team. Notes from meetings with customers or suppliers are never sent outside the business automatically.
What it's worth
What those hours add up to.
3 hours a week, over 46 working weeks, is 138 hours a year. At $50 an hour, that’s
$6,900
back in the business, every year.
Typical, not promised.
Before and after
The job, before and after.
How it runs today
Someone is meant to write up the meeting. Usually nobody does, or it goes out two days later. Actions agreed on Monday are forgotten by Thursday, and the same topic comes up again next week because nobody wrote down what was decided.

A month in
Actions are in writing within the hour, so they get done. When someone asks what was agreed, you check the log, not each other's memories.
FAQ
Does it work for meetings standing in the yard at 7am?
Yes. A phone in a shirt pocket is enough to record a yard meeting. The recording is transcribed the same way, and the actions go out before the vans have left.
What about meetings where we don't want a recording?
Don't record them. Dictate a two-minute voice note after the meeting instead, and the actions are pulled from that.
