Team meeting agendas
Shorter meetings that decide things. The agenda builds itself the day before, from the numbers, last week's actions and whatever went wrong.

How it runs
What we build, step by step.
This is the usual shape. Yours gets built around how your team actually does the job.
- 01
Last week's numbers pulled in
The handful of figures you run the meeting on, like jobs done, sales booked and money owed, straight from your books and job system.
- 02
Overdue actions carried over
Anything agreed last week and not done goes on the agenda with the person's name next to it.
- 03
This week's problems listed
Complaints, callbacks and anything staff flagged as needing a decision, each with a line of background.
- 04
Items from the team
A short message the day before asks each manager what they need to raise, and their replies are added.
- 05
Sent the afternoon before
One page to everyone in the meeting, in the order you'd cover it, with the decisions needed marked.
Shown with software we see a lot. If your team uses something else, we build it into that instead.
Built for your business
Same job, different business. We build yours.
Two firms in the same trade rarely run a job the same way. Different software, different steps, different people signing off. We build it for your business, around how your team actually does the job.
Your steps
Built around the order your team already works in, odd exceptions included.
Your software
Runs inside the tools you already pay for, set up the way you use them.
Your rules
Your wording, your limits, your sign-offs. Nothing generic goes out in your name.
You sign off
Your team keeps the final say.
You see the agenda first and can cut, add or reorder anything before it goes out. Figures only go to the people you choose.
What it's worth
What those hours add up to.
2 hours a week, over 46 working weeks, is 92 hours a year. At $50 an hour, that’s
$4,600
back in the business, every year.
Typical, not promised.
Before and after
The job, before and after.
How it runs today
The Monday meeting starts with 'right, what's going on?'. Someone remembers a problem from Thursday, someone else hasn't looked at the job board, and the first twenty minutes go on catching up. Decisions get pushed to next week because nobody has the figures to hand.

A month in
Meetings start on the decisions instead of the catch-up, and finish sooner. Actions from last week stop quietly disappearing.
FAQ
Does the agenda builder take meeting notes too?
Not on its own. Meeting notes to actions is a separate build, and the two work well together: the actions from one meeting become the start of the next agenda.
We meet standing in the yard. Isn't this overkill?
No. For a yard meeting the agenda is five lines on everyone's phone at 6:45. Short meetings gain the most, because there's no time to spend catching up.
