AI for Business Owners
AI for Business Owners gives a typical owner-operator around 10 hours a week back and six weeks' warning before cash gets tight, because you start each day with one short briefing and every decision waiting on you sits in one list with the facts attached.

Stop paying for things nobody uses.
Sound familiar?
It's all up onthe office wall.
The same four headaches, pinned up every week and never quite sorted.
Everything comes back to you
Staff wait on your answer about a discount, a hire, a supplier, a refund. The questions arrive by text, by email and in the yard, and the ones you miss sit there until someone asks again.
Flying blind until month end
You know roughly how the month is going. The real figures come from the bookkeeper three weeks after the month ends, which is too late to do anything about them.
Cash surprises
A big customer pays late, the VAT bill and the van lease land in the same week, and you find out when the bank balance is lower than you expected.
Working in it, never on it
Evenings go on quotes, emails and paperwork. The work that would grow the business (pricing, hiring, the conversation with the bank) keeps getting pushed to next week.

FAQ
What owners ask us first.
Something we haven't covered? Ask it on the call.
I'm not technical at all. Will I be able to use AI in my business?
Yes. Non-technical business owners are exactly who this is built for. You read an email or a text and reply the way you normally would. We set everything up, and the handover pack explains it in plain English, including who to ring if something stops working.
Does the AI get access to my bank account?
Read-only access at most. The morning briefing and cash forecast read balances and transactions through your accounting software or a read-only bank feed. They can't move money, pay anyone or change anything in your accounts, and you can switch off access yourself at any time.
Will AI make business decisions for me?
No. The AI gathers the facts, lays out the options and puts each decision in front of you. You decide. The only things it does on its own are things you've told it to, like filing a report.
My bookkeeper already sends me reports. Do I still need this?
Yes, because it fills the gap between your bookkeeper's reports. Month-end accounts stay your bookkeeper's job. This gives you a daily and weekly view in between, so you're not waiting three weeks to find out how last month went.
Will my staff feel watched?
Usually not. The owner's briefing reads the systems the business already runs on, like the job board and the books, not anyone's personal messages. Most teams like it, because they get answers out of you faster.
