Job ads in your own words
Your ad is up the day someone hands in their notice, and it pulls in closer matches. Answer a few questions and get an ad that sounds like you, pay up front.

How it runs
What we build, step by step.
This is the usual shape. Yours gets built around how your team actually does the job.
- 01
A few questions before the draft
What the job really involves, which licences are a must, what a good first month looks like, the pay range, the hours and who they'll report to.
- 02
An ad in your voice
Written from your past ads and how your business talks, with the pay range near the top and a short, honest list of what's required.
- 03
A quick wording check
The draft is checked for wording that puts good people off or narrows who feels welcome to apply.
- 04
Posted to your job boards
Once you approve it, the ad goes up where you usually hire.
- 05
Past applicants told
People who applied before and only just missed out get a short note that a new role is open.
Shown with software we see a lot. If your team uses something else, we build it into that instead.
Built for your business
Same job, different business. We build yours.
Two firms in the same trade rarely run a job the same way. Different software, different steps, different people signing off. We build it for your business, around how your team actually does the job.
Your steps
Built around the order your team already works in, odd exceptions included.
Your software
Runs inside the tools you already pay for, set up the way you use them.
Your rules
Your wording, your limits, your sign-offs. Nothing generic goes out in your name.
You sign off
Your team keeps the final say.
You approve every ad before it's posted, pay range included.
What it's worth
What those hours add up to.
2 hrs per role
Typical, not promised.
Before and after
The job, before and after.
How it runs today
You copy an old ad or a competitor's, change the job title and post it late at night. It reads like every other ad on the board, leaves out the pay, and asks for a list of things nobody really needs. The right people scroll straight past.

A month in
Around 2 hours saved per role. Ads go up the day someone hands in their notice, they read like your business, and the people applying are closer to what you need.
Two changes that affect who applies
Put the pay near the top. The strongest candidates often decide on pay before they read the rest, and a missing range costs you a first look from people who'd otherwise have applied.
Keep the must-have list short. Four or five real requirements reads as a job. A list of fifteen reads as a wish list, and good candidates who don't tick every box don't bother.
FAQ
Can we reuse a job ad next time we hire for the same role?
Yes. Each role's answers are saved, so the next job ad for the same role takes a couple of minutes to check and post.
Which job boards can job ads be posted to?
Indeed and LinkedIn connect directly. Other job boards we look at case by case, and we'll check the ones you use on the call.
