New-starter paperwork
New starters turn up with their paperwork done and get paid right on their first payday. One pack, chased until it's complete and filed.

Hours back
3 hrs per hire
How it runs
What we build, step by step.
This is the usual shape. Yours gets built around how your team actually does the job.
- 01
One welcome pack on acceptance
Start date, where to go, what to bring, and a single link for every form and document you need.
- 02
Forms signed online
Tax and payroll forms, the handbook and any policy sign-offs, all signed on their phone.
- 03
Documents collected and filed
ID, licence and certificate copies, and bank details go into a locked folder or your payroll system.
- 04
Missing items chased by text
A short reminder naming only what's still missing, until the pack is complete.
- 05
A day-one sheet for the manager
Who they are, their start time, kit and uniform sizes, who they'll ride with in the first week, and what's still outstanding.
Shown with software we see a lot. If your team uses something else, we build it into that instead.
Built for your business
Same job, different business. We build yours.
Two firms in the same trade rarely run a job the same way. Different software, different steps, different people signing off. We build it for your business, around how your team actually does the job.
Your steps
Built around the order your team already works in, odd exceptions included.
Your software
Runs inside the tools you already pay for, set up the way you use them.
Your rules
Your wording, your limits, your sign-offs. Nothing generic goes out in your name.
You sign off
Your team keeps the final say.
A person reviews right-to-work and ID checks against your own process. We only collect and file the documents.
What it's worth
What those hours add up to.
3 hrs per hire
Typical, not promised.
Before and after
The job, before and after.
How it runs today
A new hire starts Monday and the forms are still in someone's inbox. The tax form is missing, the bank details came by text, and nobody has a copy of their licence. Their first pay is late, and the first week starts with paperwork in the van.

A month in
Around 3 hours saved per hire. New starters arrive with the paperwork done, get paid correctly on their first payday, and the manager knows who's turning up and what they need.
FAQ
We already use a payroll provider. Does new-starter paperwork replace it?
No. New-starter details go into your payroll system so nobody retypes them. If your provider can't be connected, we file everything in one place for whoever runs payroll.
Can it handle different packs for office staff and field staff?
Yes. Each role can have its own new-starter pack, with its own list of forms and documents.
