Monthly staff report
See overtime creep and sick-day patterns before they become a resignation. One page on your people every month, with about 3 hours of spreadsheet work gone.

How it runs
What we build, step by step.
This is the usual shape. Yours gets built around how your team actually does the job.
- 01
Figures pulled from payroll
Headcount, hours, overtime, sick days and leave taken, read from your payroll and time records.
- 02
Leave booked and saved up
Who has a lot of leave banked, and any weeks where too many people are off at once.
- 03
Trends flagged
Someone's overtime climbing three months running, sick days bunching on Mondays, or a team running short. Each with the numbers behind it.
- 04
One page, plain English
The month on a single page, next to last month and the same month last year.
- 05
Sent on the first of the month
To you, and to each manager for their own team only.
Shown with software we see a lot. If your team uses something else, we build it into that instead.
Built for your business
Same job, different business. We build yours.
Two firms in the same trade rarely run a job the same way. Different software, different steps, different people signing off. We build it for your business, around how your team actually does the job.
Your steps
Built around the order your team already works in, odd exceptions included.
Your software
Runs inside the tools you already pay for, set up the way you use them.
Your rules
Your wording, your limits, your sign-offs. Nothing generic goes out in your name.
You sign off
Your team keeps the final say.
It reports, it doesn't act. Conversations about overtime, absence or workload are yours, and personal details only go to the people you choose.
What it's worth
What those hours add up to.
3 hrs a month
Typical, not promised.
Before and after
The job, before and after.
How it runs today
Nobody looks at overtime, leave balances or sick days until there's a problem. A tech has done sixty-hour weeks for two months, three people have six weeks of leave saved for December, and you find out when they resign or all ask for the same fortnight off.

A month in
You know who's overworked, who's sitting on leave and where the gaps are coming, with time to fix it before someone burns out or walks.
FAQ
Does the monthly staff report work with paper timesheets?
Partly. Payroll figures are enough for overtime and leave. If you want hours by job as well, our timesheet chasing build gets them into a system first.
Is tracking sick days fair on staff?
Yes, because the staff report is there to spot people who are struggling, not to catch anyone out. We keep sick days to counts and patterns, and nothing goes beyond the people you choose.
