Talent pool from past applicants
Fill a role in days, not weeks, and skip around 4 hours of screening per hire. The good applicants you couldn't take last time hear about it first.

How it runs
What we build, step by step.
This is the usual shape. Yours gets built around how your team actually does the job.
- 01
Good candidates kept, with permission
Strong applicants you didn't pick are asked if they'd like to hear about future roles, and kept on a list with your notes, wherever they applied from.
- 02
Matched when a role opens
When you start hiring, the list is checked for people who fit the role checklist and live close enough.
- 03
A personal text first
Matching people get a short text from you about the role, asking if they're interested.
- 04
Interested people booked in
Anyone who says yes goes straight into your interview booking.
- 05
The list kept fresh
People who've found work or asked to be left alone come off the list, and everyone else is asked once a year if they still want to hear from you.
Shown with software we see a lot. If your team uses something else, we build it into that instead.
Built for your business
Same job, different business. We build yours.
Two firms in the same trade rarely run a job the same way. Different software, different steps, different people signing off. We build it for your business, around how your team actually does the job.
Your steps
Built around the order your team already works in, odd exceptions included.
Your software
Runs inside the tools you already pay for, set up the way you use them.
Your rules
Your wording, your limits, your sign-offs. Nothing generic goes out in your name.
You sign off
Your team keeps the final say.
You choose who goes on the list and who gets contacted for each role. Anyone who asks to come off is removed, and details are only kept as long as your privacy rules allow.
What it's worth
What those hours add up to.
4 hrs per hire
Typical, not promised.
Before and after
The job, before and after.
How it runs today
Last time you hired, you had three good applicants and one job. The other two got a 'we'll keep your details on file' and never heard from you again. Now someone's left, and you're paying for a new ad and reading a hundred applications from scratch.
What we build
- Good candidates kept, with permission
- Matched when a role opens
- A personal text first
- Interested people booked in
- The list kept fresh
A month in
The next role you hire for starts with a handful of people who already know your business, and some roles are filled before the ad goes live.
FAQ
Are we allowed to keep past applicants' details?
Yes, if they agree and you don't keep them forever. That's why each past applicant is asked first and asked again once a year. We set the talent pool up to match the privacy rules where you are.
Can former staff go in the talent pool?
Yes. Good former staff can go on the same list as past applicants. Plenty of tradespeople come back after a year somewhere else.
