Policy and training sign-offs
Every policy signed and every refresher done, with proof on file. Around 2 hours a week of chasing signatures off your plate.

How it runs
What we build, step by step.
This is the usual shape. Yours gets built around how your team actually does the job.
- 01
Sent to the right people
A new or changed policy, toolbox talk or training module goes to the staff it applies to, by text, with a link to read and sign.
- 02
Chased until done
Anyone who hasn't signed after a few days gets a reminder, and their supervisor gets a list after a week.
- 03
Refreshers scheduled
Training that needs repeating, like manual handling or a first aid refresher, gets a reminder before it's due.
- 04
A record for every person
Who signed what and when, kept against each staff member.
- 05
Ready for an inspector
One report of everyone's sign-offs and training, ready to send when an insurer, client or inspector asks.
Shown with software we see a lot. If your team uses something else, we build it into that instead.
Built for your business
Same job, different business. We build yours.
Two firms in the same trade rarely run a job the same way. Different software, different steps, different people signing off. We build it for your business, around how your team actually does the job.
Your steps
Built around the order your team already works in, odd exceptions included.
Your software
Runs inside the tools you already pay for, set up the way you use them.
Your rules
Your wording, your limits, your sign-offs. Nothing generic goes out in your name.
You sign off
Your team keeps the final say.
You decide what gets sent and who it applies to. The training itself, and any follow-up with someone who won't sign, stays with a person.
What it's worth
What those hours add up to.
2 hours a week, over 46 working weeks, is 92 hours a year. At $50 an hour, that’s
$4,600
back in the business, every year.
Typical, not promised.
Before and after
The job, before and after.
How it runs today
A new policy goes on the noticeboard, or into an email half the crew never opens. Toolbox talks get signed on a sheet that goes missing. When an inspector or insurer asks who's done what training, someone in the office loses a day piecing it together.

A month in
Sign-offs come back within days instead of never, refresher training stops lapsing, and proof for an insurer is one report instead of a lost day.
FAQ
Are policy sign-offs different from licence tracking?
Yes. Licence tracking watches certificates staff hold, like a gas ticket or a forklift licence. Policy sign-offs cover your own policies and in-house training. Both can share one staff record.
Can it run our toolbox talks?
Partly. It sends the toolbox talk out, collects signatures from everyone who attended and files them. The talk itself is still given by a person on site.
