Timesheet chasing
Payday stops costing you a Monday of phone calls. Missing timesheets are chased by text before payroll, and the odd ones get flagged.

How it runs
What we build, step by step.
This is the usual shape. Yours gets built around how your team actually does the job.
- 01
Timesheets checked on a schedule
At the end of the pay period, we check who has submitted and who hasn't, in your job or payroll software.
- 02
Missing ones chased by text
A short text to each person with a missing timesheet, and a second one a few hours later if needed.
- 03
Odd entries flagged
Missing days, very long shifts, hours that don't match the jobs they were booked on, or unexpected overtime get listed for the manager.
- 04
Approved hours sent to payroll
Once the manager approves, the hours are ready in payroll with nothing to retype.
Shown with software we see a lot. If your team uses something else, we build it into that instead.
Built for your business
Same job, different business. We build yours.
Two firms in the same trade rarely run a job the same way. Different software, different steps, different people signing off. We build it for your business, around how your team actually does the job.
Your steps
Built around the order your team already works in, odd exceptions included.
Your software
Runs inside the tools you already pay for, set up the way you use them.
Your rules
Your wording, your limits, your sign-offs. Nothing generic goes out in your name.
You sign off
Your team keeps the final say.
The manager approves every timesheet before payroll. Nobody's hours get changed without them.
What it's worth
What those hours add up to.
2 hours a week, over 46 working weeks, is 92 hours a year. At $50 an hour, that’s
$4,600
back in the business, every year.
Typical, not promised.
Before and after
The job, before and after.
How it runs today
Payroll is due Tuesday and half the timesheets aren't in. The office manager texts each tech, rings the ones who don't reply, then fixes the ones with missing lunch breaks or a whole day left blank. It eats Monday.

A month in
Timesheets are in before payroll day, mistakes get fixed before people are paid, and the office manager gets around 2 hours of their Monday back.
FAQ
Our techs fill in paper timesheets. Can timesheet chasing still work?
Yes. Techs text a photo of the paper timesheet, the hours are read from it, and the manager checks them like any other.
Will staff find timesheet reminder texts annoying?
Rarely. Only people who haven't sent their timesheet get a text, and it stops as soon as they do. Most crews prefer it to a phone call.
