Existing client reviews
Keep more of your book when rates move. Every past client gets a check-in on schedule, and each broker gets a short call list with a reason for every name.

How it runs
What we build, step by step.
This is the usual shape. Yours gets built around how your team actually does the job.
- 01
Your settled book in one place
Loan size, lender, rate, fixed-rate expiry and settlement date for every past client.
- 02
Reviews scheduled
Each client comes up on their loan anniversary and well before any fixed rate ends.
- 03
A weekly call list
Ten or so names for each broker, with what's changed since settlement and why now.
- 04
A check-in drafted for each
A short note in the broker's voice offering a review. It only sends when the broker approves it.
- 05
Booked if they say yes
Clients who reply pick a time straight into the broker's diary.
Shown with software we see a lot. If your team uses something else, we build it into that instead.
Built for your business
Same job, different business. We build yours.
Two firms in the same trade rarely run a job the same way. Different software, different steps, different people signing off. We build it for your business, around how your team actually does the job.
Your steps
Built around the order your team already works in, odd exceptions included.
Your software
Runs inside the tools you already pay for, set up the way you use them.
Your rules
Your wording, your limits, your sign-offs. Nothing generic goes out in your name.
You sign off
Your team keeps the final say.
The broker approves every message and gives every recommendation. The build says who's due a review. It never suggests a product.
What it's worth
What those hours add up to.
2 hours a week, over 46 working weeks, is 92 hours a year. At $50 an hour, that’s
$4,600
back in the business, every year.
Typical, not promised.
Before and after
The job, before and after.
How it runs today
After settlement, most clients don't hear from their broker until they ring about a better deal they saw somewhere else. The book is there. Working out who's due a review means sorting a spreadsheet nobody keeps up to date.

A month in
Every past client hears from you at least once a year, fixed-rate expiries get a call months early, and fewer refinances walk out the door.
FAQ
How is this different from the fixed-rate reminders?
Fixed-rate reminders warn you about one date. Existing client reviews work through your whole book on a schedule, so clients without a fixed rate still hear from you at least once a year.
Won't clients see it as spam?
Rarely. Each review note is short, personal and approved by the broker. Once a year from the person who got them their home loan seldom feels like spam.
