Underwriting conditions tracking
Conditions clear in days instead of a week, because each one becomes a clear request with an owner and a date.

Hours back
2.5
hours a week back, typically
How it runs
What we build, step by step.
This is the usual shape. Yours gets built around how your team actually does the job.
- 01
Conditions read from the approval
Each condition is logged with who needs to supply it: the borrower, an employer, the conveyancer, an insurer.
- 02
Plain English requests
The borrower gets "a letter explaining the $4,200 deposit on 3 August" instead of credit team shorthand. Third parties get a short, specific ask.
- 03
Signatures where needed
Letters of explanation and updated declarations go out for e-signature.
- 04
Responses matched and filed
Replies are matched to the condition they answer and saved to the file.
- 05
A daily conditions list
What's cleared, what's outstanding, and what's late, per file.
Shown with software we see a lot. If your team uses something else, we build it into that instead.
Built for your business
Same job, different business. We build yours.
Two firms in the same trade rarely run a job the same way. Different software, different steps, different people signing off. We build it for your business, around how your team actually does the job.
Your steps
Built around the order your team already works in, odd exceptions included.
Your software
Runs inside the tools you already pay for, set up the way you use them.
Your rules
Your wording, your limits, your sign-offs. Nothing generic goes out in your name.
You sign off
Your team keeps the final say.
The processor checks each response before it goes back to the lender.
What it's worth
What those hours add up to.
2.5 hours a week, over 46 working weeks, is 115 hours a year. At $50 an hour, that’s
$5,750
back in the business, every year.
Typical, not promised.
Before and after
The job, before and after.
How it runs today
Conditional approval arrives as a list. The processor works out who needs to provide each item, emails them one by one, and keeps track in a notepad or spreadsheet until everything is back.

FAQ
Can it write the letter of explanation for the borrower?
Yes, as a draft for the borrower to check and sign. The letter of explanation is written from what the borrower tells you, and the words have to be theirs, and true.
What about conditions only the broker can answer?
Underwriting conditions only the broker can answer go straight to the broker's list. They're never sent to the borrower.
