Supplier quote comparison
Know when your usual supplier has drifted above the market. Every quote is laid out like for like the day it arrives.

How it runs
What we build, step by step.
This is the usual shape. Yours gets built around how your team actually does the job.
- 01
Quote requests sent
From a short request (what, how much, by when), a clear quote request goes to the suppliers you normally use for that kind of item.
- 02
Replies read as they arrive
Prices, quantities, units, delivery dates, delivery charges and payment terms read from each email or PDF.
- 03
Laid out like for like
Converted to the same units and the same delivered cost, side by side, with what you paid last time alongside.
- 04
Gaps and catches flagged
A missing item, a longer lead time, a minimum order or a price that's only valid for a week gets called out.
- 05
Slow suppliers nudged
Suppliers who haven't replied by the deadline get one reminder, and the comparison goes out with whatever has arrived.
Shown with software we see a lot. If your team uses something else, we build it into that instead.
Built for your business
Same job, different business. We build yours.
Two firms in the same trade rarely run a job the same way. Different software, different steps, different people signing off. We build it for your business, around how your team actually does the job.
Your steps
Built around the order your team already works in, odd exceptions included.
Your software
Runs inside the tools you already pay for, set up the way you use them.
Your rules
Your wording, your limits, your sign-offs. Nothing generic goes out in your name.
You sign off
Your team keeps the final say.
You choose the supplier. The comparison shows the numbers and the catches, and any judgement about quality or reliability is yours.
What it's worth
What those hours add up to.
3 hours a week, over 46 working weeks, is 138 hours a year. At $50 an hour, that’s
$6,900
back in the business, every year.
Typical, not promised.
Before and after
The job, before and after.
How it runs today
Someone emails three suppliers, waits, opens three PDFs and tries to compare them by eye. One quotes per box and one per unit, one includes delivery and one doesn't. Most of the time you go with the usual supplier because comparing properly takes too long.

A month in
More purchases get a proper comparison, and you can see straight away when your usual supplier has crept above the others. The buyer spends minutes on it, not an afternoon.
The cheapest quote often isn't
The lowest unit price often isn't the cheapest order once delivery, minimum quantities and payment terms are counted. Every quote is converted to what it would cost delivered to your door or site, for the quantity you need, so the comparison is fair.
FAQ
Our suppliers send quotes in all sorts of formats. Can it read them?
Yes, that's what supplier quote comparison is for. PDFs, spreadsheets and plain emails all get read, and anything it can't make sense of is flagged for a person.
Can it negotiate with suppliers for us?
No. The comparison shows what you paid last time and what other suppliers quoted, which makes your own negotiation easier, but the conversation is yours.
