Stop paying for things nobody uses.
Sound familiar?
It's all up onthe office wall.
The same four headaches, pinned up every week and never quite sorted.
Three quotes, three formats
Three suppliers send three PDFs with different units, delivery terms and small print. Comparing them properly takes an hour, so it usually doesn't happen and you buy from whoever answered first.
Orders by text and phone call
A foreman texts the supplier, someone else emails a second order for the same job, and nobody writes down what was agreed. When the invoice turns up, there's nothing to check it against.
'It went out yesterday'
The crew turns up on site and the materials aren't there. Someone spends the morning on the phone to the supplier, who swears it went out yesterday.
Invoices nobody checks
Supplier prices creep up a few percent at a time, short deliveries get billed in full, and the same invoice gets paid twice. Nobody has time to check every line.

FAQ
What owners ask us first.
Something we haven't covered? Ask it on the call.
We're too small for a purchasing system. Is this for us?
Yes. Most of the businesses we build procurement help for buy from a dozen regular suppliers by email and phone. It works with your inbox and accounting software, so you don't need to buy a purchasing system to get the benefit.
Can it place orders or pay suppliers on its own?
No. The build drafts purchase orders and flags supplier invoices, and a person approves every order before it goes out and every payment before it's made. You set who can approve what, and up to which amount.
Will our suppliers notice anything different?
Suppliers will notice clearer orders from your normal email address and polite, specific follow-ups. Most prefer it, because it's easier to get right.
Does it work with QuickBooks or Xero?
Yes, both. Purchase orders and supplier bills are matched in the QuickBooks or Xero account you already use, and if you pay bills through Bill, it fits in there too.
Is our pricing information kept private?
Yes. Supplier prices stay in your own systems, because everything runs on accounts you own, with access only to the inboxes and accounts each job needs. Every permission is listed in the handover pack.
