CRM lead logging
A pipeline you can trust every Monday, without anyone typing. Leads from every inbox, form and phone line land in one CRM with the details filled in.

Hours back
4
hours a week back, typically
How it runs
What we build, step by step.
This is the usual shape. Yours gets built around how your team actually does the job.
- 01
One CRM as the record
We pick the system that holds your leads, or set up a simple one in your name, and everything else writes back to it.
- 02
Every channel connected
Your sales inbox, website forms and business phone line all feed in, so a lead that arrives anywhere gets caught.
- 03
Records filled in and checked for duplicates
Name, company, phone, address, the job they asked about and where they heard of you. A returning customer is matched to their existing record instead of being entered twice.
- 04
Company details for business customers
For commercial leads, the company's size, location and website are added, so you can tell a one-off job from an account worth looking after.
- 05
A weekly pipeline summary
New leads, quotes out, jobs won, and leads with no next step, in your inbox on Monday morning.
Shown with software we see a lot. If your team uses something else, we build it into that instead.
Built for your business
Same job, different business. We build yours.
Two firms in the same trade rarely run a job the same way. Different software, different steps, different people signing off. We build it for your business, around how your team actually does the job.
Your steps
Built around the order your team already works in, odd exceptions included.
Your software
Runs inside the tools you already pay for, set up the way you use them.
Your rules
Your wording, your limits, your sign-offs. Nothing generic goes out in your name.
You sign off
Your team keeps the final say.
When a lead could match more than one existing record, a person picks the right one instead of the system guessing.
What it's worth
What those hours add up to.
4 hours a week, over 46 working weeks, is 184 hours a year. At $50 an hour, that’s
$9,200
back in the business, every year.
Typical, not promised.
Before and after
The job, before and after.
How it runs today
Leads are scattered across a shared inbox, the owner's phone and a spreadsheet nobody trusts. Someone types them into the CRM on Friday if there's time, and half the notes are missing.
What we build
- One CRM as the record
- Every channel connected
- Records filled in and checked for duplicates
- Company details for business customers
- A weekly pipeline summary
A month in
Friday data entry is gone, the CRM matches what's really happening, and the Monday summary takes you two minutes to read.
Why one system has to win
Most small businesses have leads in three places, and each one is partly right. Before we automate anything, we agree which system is the record. Everything we build writes to that one, and nothing writes to the others.
That one decision does more for your pipeline than any amount of automation. Once there's a single list, the follow-ups, the briefs and the weekly summary all have something solid to read from.
FAQ
We don't really use a CRM. Do we need one?
Yes, if you send more than a handful of quotes a week, and it doesn't need to be complicated. We can set up HubSpot or Pipedrive in your name, or use your job software if it already tracks customers.
Does CRM lead logging change deal stages or values?
No. It logs new leads and activity only. Moving a deal to won or lost, or changing its value, stays with a person.
