New enquiry response
Reply first and you usually win the visit. Every form, email and missed call gets a useful answer in minutes, even when the office is flat out.

How it runs
What we build, step by step.
This is the usual shape. Yours gets built around how your team actually does the job.
- 01
Every enquiry caught in one place
Website forms, emails to your sales address and missed calls are all picked up as they arrive, so nothing sits unseen in a second inbox.
- 02
A missed call gets a text back
If nobody picks up, the caller gets a text from your business number within a minute, asking what they need and offering a time to talk.
- 03
A first reply that answers the question
The reply uses what the customer wrote: the job, the area, the timing. It answers what it can from your price list and service area, then offers a time.
- 04
A booking link for the visit or call
Customers pick a slot that's genuinely free, and it lands in the right person's calendar.
- 05
The lead logged with its source
Name, contact details, the job and where they found you are saved to your CRM, so the follow-up has something to work from.
Shown with software we see a lot. If your team uses something else, we build it into that instead.
Built for your business
Same job, different business. We build yours.
Two firms in the same trade rarely run a job the same way. Different software, different steps, different people signing off. We build it for your business, around how your team actually does the job.
Your steps
Built around the order your team already works in, odd exceptions included.
Your software
Runs inside the tools you already pay for, set up the way you use them.
Your rules
Your wording, your limits, your sign-offs. Nothing generic goes out in your name.
You sign off
Your team keeps the final say.
Anything outside your normal work, like an unusual job, a complaint or a price question you haven't answered before, goes to a person instead of getting an automatic reply.
What it's worth
What those hours add up to.
6 hours a week, over 46 working weeks, is 276 hours a year. At $50 an hour, that’s
$13,800
back in the business, every year.
Typical, not promised.
Before and after
The job, before and after.
How it runs today
Enquiries pile up in the inbox and on voicemail until someone gets a gap. By the time they ring back, half those customers have booked whoever answered first, and nobody tracks which ones you lost.

A month in
A typical reply goes out in 5 minutes, not that afternoon, and you can see every enquiry from the month in one list with what happened to it.
Why the first reply matters most
Most people who fill in a form for a plumber, an electrician or a builder send the same form to two or three others. The one who replies first, with something useful, usually gets the visit. That's why we build this before anything else in sales.
Useful means the reply reads the enquiry. Someone who wrote about a leaking hot water system in a particular town should hear back about the hot water system, and that you cover their town. A line saying someone will be in touch doesn't count.
FAQ
What does the reply say if it doesn't know the answer?
The first reply says a person will confirm, and offers a time to talk. It never guesses a price or promises a date you haven't set.
Does enquiry response work outside office hours?
Yes, and that's where it earns the most. A Sunday evening enquiry gets a reply on Sunday evening, and the booking link only offers slots you've opened.
