Lead qualification and routing
Your estimators spend the week on jobs worth winning. Every enquiry is sorted by size, area and fit, and lands with the right person within the hour.

How it runs
What we build, step by step.
This is the usual shape. Yours gets built around how your team actually does the job.
- 01
Your rules for a good lead written down
We agree with you once what a good job looks like: the work you want, the towns you cover, the smallest job worth a visit, and who handles what.
- 02
Each enquiry read and sorted
Forms, emails and missed-call texts are read as they arrive and tagged with the job type, rough size, area, timing and anything missing from the request.
- 03
Sent to the right person
Commercial work goes to the owner, bathrooms to the bathroom estimator, emergencies to whoever is on call. Each gets a text with a two-line summary and the customer's details.
- 04
Poor fits answered politely
Out-of-area or too-small jobs get a friendly reply, plus the name of someone who does that work if you have one. Nobody drives out to price a job you'd turn down.
- 05
Logged with a nudge to act
The lead goes into the CRM with its tag and owner. If nobody has called within the time you set, the owner hears about it.
Shown with software we see a lot. If your team uses something else, we build it into that instead.
Built for your business
Same job, different business. We build yours.
Two firms in the same trade rarely run a job the same way. Different software, different steps, different people signing off. We build it for your business, around how your team actually does the job.
Your steps
Built around the order your team already works in, odd exceptions included.
Your software
Runs inside the tools you already pay for, set up the way you use them.
Your rules
Your wording, your limits, your sign-offs. Nothing generic goes out in your name.
You sign off
Your team keeps the final say.
Anything the rules don't clearly cover goes to the owner. For the first few weeks a person checks every polite no before it's sent, until you agree with the calls it makes.
What it's worth
What those hours add up to.
3 hours a week, over 46 working weeks, is 138 hours a year. At $50 an hour, that’s
$6,900
back in the business, every year.
Typical, not promised.
Before and after
The job, before and after.
How it runs today
Every enquiry goes into one pile and gets worked in the order it arrived. A big extension waits behind three requests to fix a dripping tap, out-of-area jobs still get a visit, and the owner ends up pricing work the business doesn't even want.

FAQ
Will we lose jobs by turning people away?
Only the ones you'd say no to anyway. Lead qualification follows rules you set, a person checks every polite no until you trust it, and you can loosen the rules whenever you like.
We've only got two estimators. Is lead routing worth it?
Usually, yes, because the gain is in what gets looked at first. Two estimators spending their week on the right jobs win more work than two taking enquiries in the order they arrived.
