Finance-application paperwork for dealers
Applications go to the lender complete the first time. Buyers are asked for the right documents, gaps are caught early, and your business manager gets a full pack.

How it runs
What we build, step by step.
This is the usual shape. Yours gets built around how your team actually does the job.
- 01
A document list for each deal
The buyer gets a clear list of what this deal needs, such as ID, proof of address and proof of income, with a secure place to upload them.
- 02
Uploads checked for gaps
Each document is checked: right type, readable, in date, and names and addresses that match. Gaps are listed, never guessed.
- 03
Buyers chased for what's missing
A short message asking for the one item that's missing, and a reminder if it doesn't arrive.
- 04
A complete pack for the business manager
Documents named and ordered the way your lenders expect, with a one-page summary of the deal and anything that needs a second look.
- 05
Signatures collected
Once the business manager is happy, the forms that need signing go to the buyer electronically.
Shown with software we see a lot. If your team uses something else, we build it into that instead.
Built for your business
Same job, different business. We build yours.
Two firms in the same trade rarely run a job the same way. Different software, different steps, different people signing off. We build it for your business, around how your team actually does the job.
Your steps
Built around the order your team already works in, odd exceptions included.
Your software
Runs inside the tools you already pay for, set up the way you use them.
Your rules
Your wording, your limits, your sign-offs. Nothing generic goes out in your name.
You sign off
Your team keeps the final say.
Your business manager reviews every pack and submits it to the lender. The system never makes credit decisions or gives finance advice.
What it's worth
What those hours add up to.
3 hours a week, over 46 working weeks, is 138 hours a year. At $50 an hour, that’s
$6,900
back in the business, every year.
Typical, not promised.
Before and after
The job, before and after.
How it runs today
The salesperson emails the buyer a list of documents, gets half of them back across three emails, and the business manager spends an afternoon working out what's missing before the application can go to the lender.

Fewer applications bounce back from the lender, deals close sooner, and your business manager gets their afternoons back.
FAQ
Does it submit finance applications to lenders?
No. It prepares the finance application pack, and your business manager submits it through the lender's portal, same as now.
How is buyers' personal information kept safe?
Buyers' documents go to storage in your dealership's name, and only the people who need them can see them. You set how long documents are kept.
