Quality and compliance paperwork
About 3.5 hours a week of cert hunting gone. Payment stops getting held over a missing cert, because each shipment's pack is ready when the goods are.

How it runs
What we build, step by step.
This is the usual shape. Yours gets built around how your team actually does the job.
- 01
Requirements per customer
Each customer's paperwork requirements are set up once: which certs, which inspection records, what format.
- 02
Supplier certs collected and filed
Material certs arriving from suppliers are matched to the purchase order and heat or lot number, then saved. Missing ones are chased.
- 03
A pack put together per shipment
The certificate of conformance is drafted from the order, and the supporting certs and inspection records are gathered into one file.
- 04
Signed where needed
Documents that need a quality sign-off go out for e-signature.
- 05
Expiry dates watched
Supplier approvals, calibration due dates and certifications are tracked, with warnings well ahead of the date.
Shown with software we see a lot. If your team uses something else, we build it into that instead.
Built for your business
Same job, different business. We build yours.
Two firms in the same trade rarely run a job the same way. Different software, different steps, different people signing off. We build it for your business, around how your team actually does the job.
Your steps
Built around the order your team already works in, odd exceptions included.
Your software
Runs inside the tools you already pay for, set up the way you use them.
Your rules
Your wording, your limits, your sign-offs. Nothing generic goes out in your name.
You sign off
Your team keeps the final say.
The quality manager reviews and signs every certificate of conformance. Quality release decisions never leave their hands.
What it's worth
What those hours add up to.
3.5 hours a week, over 46 working weeks, is 161 hours a year. At $50 an hour, that’s
$8,050
back in the business, every year.
Typical, not promised.
Before and after
The job, before and after.
How it runs today
Before a shipment leaves, someone digs the material certs out of a supplier email, finds the inspection record in the quality folder, and fills in the certificate of conformance. One missing cert holds up the shipment or the customer's payment.

A month in
Shipments leave with complete paperwork, payments stop getting held over a missing cert, and audits no longer start with a hunt through old emails.
FAQ
Does it decide whether parts pass inspection?
No. The compliance paperwork build gathers the records your inspectors produce. Pass or fail stays with your quality team.
We're ISO 9001 certified. Will this cause problems at audit?
No, it should make ISO 9001 audits easier, because every certificate and inspection record is filed against the order. The process is written up in the handover pack so you can show the auditor how it works.
