AI for Manufacturing & Logistics
AI for Manufacturing & Logistics gives a typical office and planning team about 20 hours a week back: customer orders get read from email into your system, supplier dates get chased and checked against the plan, and every shipment is tracked across carriers, so you catch a problem before the customer rings about it.

Orders in by mid-afternoon go out the same day.
Sound familiar?
It's all up onthe office wall.
The same four headaches, pinned up every week and never quite sorted.
Supplier dates change in someone's inbox
A supplier emails the buyer to say the steel is two weeks late. The production plan still shows the old date, and nobody finds out until the job can't start.
Orders arrive in every format
Customer POs come as PDFs, emails and spreadsheet attachments. Someone keys each one in and checks it against the drawing revision and price.
Shipments spread across carriers
UPS for parcels, a haulier for pallets, DHL for export. Checking where everything is means logging into three sites, and problems get missed.
Paperwork that ships with the product
Certificates of conformance, material certs, inspection records. They're put together by hand for every shipment, and one missing cert can hold up payment for weeks.

FAQ
What owners ask us first.
Something we haven't covered? Ask it on the call.
Does any of this touch our machines or the shop floor?
No. Manufacturing automations work with orders, emails, schedules and paperwork only. Machines, quality release and safety decisions stay exactly where they are, with the people responsible for them.
We run an older ERP. Can you work with it?
Often, yes, and we check on the free live build before we quote. NetSuite, Sage and QuickBooks connect directly, and older ERPs can often take an import file or give a scheduled export. If there's no way in, we'll say so.
What happens when two records disagree?
A named person decides. When two records disagree, both values are shown side by side with where each came from, and nothing is updated until that person picks the right one.
Will it promise customers new delivery dates?
No. Customer delivery updates are only drafted. Whoever owns production or dispatch confirms the new date before anything goes to a customer.
Is our customer and pricing data safe?
Yes. Customer and pricing data stays in accounts you own, with access limited to what each part of the build needs. The handover pack lists every permission and how to switch it off.
What does it cost and how long does it take?
