Social posts from job photos
Real, recent work on your feed every week, for about ten minutes of your time. The before-and-after photos your crew already takes become captioned posts you approve in one go.

How it runs
What we build, step by step.
This is the usual shape. Yours gets built around how your team actually does the job.
- 01
This week's best job photos picked
Finished jobs with good before-and-after shots are picked out, with the job type and town attached.
- 02
Privacy check on every photo
Photos showing faces, house numbers, number plates or anything personal inside a customer's home are left out or flagged.
- 03
Captions in your voice
Short captions written for each platform: what the problem was, what you did, and the town. Built from your own past posts, not stock marketing lines.
- 04
Simple branded layouts
Before-and-after pairs placed in your own templates with your logo and colours, so the feed looks consistent.
- 05
A weekly approval queue
Three to five posts lined up for the week. Approve, edit or skip each one, and the approved posts are scheduled.
Shown with software we see a lot. If your team uses something else, we build it into that instead.
Built for your business
Same job, different business. We build yours.
Two firms in the same trade rarely run a job the same way. Different software, different steps, different people signing off. We build it for your business, around how your team actually does the job.
Your steps
Built around the order your team already works in, odd exceptions included.
Your software
Runs inside the tools you already pay for, set up the way you use them.
Your rules
Your wording, your limits, your sign-offs. Nothing generic goes out in your name.
You sign off
Your team keeps the final say.
Nothing is published until someone approves it, and every photo is checked for customer privacy before it reaches the queue.
What it's worth
What those hours add up to.
3 hours a week, over 46 working weeks, is 138 hours a year. At $50 an hour, that’s
$6,900
back in the business, every year.
Typical, not promised.
Before and after
The job, before and after.
How it runs today
Good photos pile up in CompanyCam or on the crew's phones. Someone means to post them, then it's three months later and the last post is a Christmas greeting.

A month in
Three to five posts of real work go up every week, and the owner spends ten minutes on it rather than a Sunday afternoon.
Your voice, not a template
Captions sound like you because they're built from your own writing: past posts, emails to customers, the way you describe the work. Words and claims you never use ("cheapest in town", "guaranteed") are banned outright.
Each platform gets its own length and tone. A Facebook post for homeowners reads differently from a LinkedIn post aimed at property managers, even about the same job.
A queue that can't publish itself
The system prepares posts. It can't publish them on its own until you decide it should. That stops a wrong photo or a wrong town going out under your name.
FAQ
Which social media accounts do job photo posts work with?
The ones your customers use, usually Facebook and Instagram for homeowners and LinkedIn for commercial work. We confirm the exact set, and how posts get scheduled, in the proposal.
Does it use AI-generated images for social posts?
No. Social posts use your real job photos. Made-up images of work you didn't do would mislead customers, so we don't build that.
