Supplier scorecards
Know which suppliers let you down, with the numbers to prove it. A scorecard per supplier every quarter, and about 4 hours of digging done for you.

Hours back
4 hrs a quarter
How it runs
What we build, step by step.
This is the usual shape. Yours gets built around how your team actually does the job.
- 01
Every order and delivery logged
Promised dates, delivery dates, short or wrong deliveries and credits, collected from your orders and delivery notes.
- 02
Invoice errors counted
Bills that didn't match the order or the agreed price, and how long the credit took to arrive.
- 03
Price movement tracked
What you paid this quarter for your regular items, next to last quarter and last year.
- 04
A scorecard per supplier
On time, right first time, invoice accuracy and price, on one page each, with the worst offenders at the top.
- 05
A note ready if you want it
For any supplier that slipped, a short, factual email with the numbers, ready for you to send or bin.
Shown with software we see a lot. If your team uses something else, we build it into that instead.
Built for your business
Same job, different business. We build yours.
Two firms in the same trade rarely run a job the same way. Different software, different steps, different people signing off. We build it for your business, around how your team actually does the job.
Your steps
Built around the order your team already works in, odd exceptions included.
Your software
Runs inside the tools you already pay for, set up the way you use them.
Your rules
Your wording, your limits, your sign-offs. Nothing generic goes out in your name.
You sign off
Your team keeps the final say.
Whether to talk to, warn or drop a supplier is your call. Nothing reaches a supplier unless you send it.
What it's worth
What those hours add up to.
4 hrs a quarter
Typical, not promised.
Before and after
The job, before and after.
How it runs today
You know one supplier is always late and another keeps sending the wrong fittings, but it's a feeling, not a record. When it's time to push back or switch, there's nothing to point to, and the rep talks you round.
What we build
- Every order and delivery logged
- Invoice errors counted
- Price movement tracked
- A scorecard per supplier
- A note ready if you want it
A month in
You have a first scorecard for every regular supplier, and the next conversation about late deliveries or prices starts with dates and amounts, not a gut feel.
FAQ
We don't raise purchase orders. Can we still score suppliers?
Partly. Bills and delivery dates from email give a decent picture of each supplier. Order accuracy needs some record of what was ordered, which our purchase order build can give you.
Can we share the scorecard with the supplier?
Yes. Plenty of owners send the supplier scorecard to their account rep, and a good supplier wants to know.
