Welcome pack before the quote visit
Win the job before you knock on the door. When a quote visit is booked, the customer gets a short pack on who's coming, similar jobs you've done and what to have ready.

How it runs
What we build, step by step.
This is the usual shape. Yours gets built around how your team actually does the job.
- 01
A new booking spotted
When a quote visit lands in the calendar, it's matched to the customer, the job type and the address.
- 02
Who's coming, with a photo
A short note from your address introducing the estimator by name and photo, with the time and how long the visit usually takes.
- 03
Two or three jobs like theirs
Photos and a line on each of the finished jobs most like theirs, picked from your job photos and case studies.
- 04
What to have ready
A short list for that type of job: photos of the area, rough measurements, access to the loft or meter, and anything worth thinking about before the visit.

Replies filed for the estimator
Whatever the customer sends back goes on their record and into the pre-visit brief, so the estimator walks in already knowing it.
Shown with software we see a lot. If your team uses something else, we build it into that instead.
Built for your business
Same job, different business. We build yours.
Two firms in the same trade rarely run a job the same way. Different software, different steps, different people signing off. We build it for your business, around how your team actually does the job.
Your steps
Built around the order your team already works in, odd exceptions included.
Your software
Runs inside the tools you already pay for, set up the way you use them.
Your rules
Your wording, your limits, your sign-offs. Nothing generic goes out in your name.
You sign off
Your team keeps the final say.
You approve the pack for each job type once, and only photos from customers who agreed to it are used. Anything a customer sends that changes the scope goes to the estimator.
What it's worth
What those hours add up to.
2 hours a week, over 46 working weeks, is 92 hours a year. At $50 an hour, that’s
$4,600
back in the business, every year.
Typical, not promised.
Before and after
The job, before and after.
How it runs today
The visit gets booked and the customer hears nothing until the van pulls up, while two other firms are booked to price the same job. The estimator arrives to find no loft access, no measurements and no clear brief, and has to book a second trip.

A month in
Fewer second trips because something wasn't ready, customers who've seen your work before you arrive, and estimators who turn up with photos and measurements already in hand.
FAQ
Isn't a welcome pack overkill for a quote visit?
No, it's one short email. The customer is often comparing three firms, and the one who turns up prepared, with proof of similar work, is the one they remember.
What if we don't have photos of similar jobs?
Then the welcome pack leaves that part out until you do. We'd usually pair it with case studies from finished jobs so the photo library fills up quickly.
