Reorder alerts and restock drafts
Fewer stockouts and less cash tied up on shelves. Every line is checked against how fast it's selling, and the restock emails are drafted for you.

How it runs
What we build, step by step.
This is the usual shape. Yours gets built around how your team actually does the job.
- 01
Stock and sales pulled daily
On hand, on order and the last 90 days of sales for every line, straight from your stock system.
- 02
Days of cover worked out
How long each line will last at its current rate, set against the supplier's lead time.
- 03
A ranked reorder list
Lines that will run out before a new order could land go to the top, each with a suggested quantity.
- 04
Restock emails drafted
One email per supplier with the lines and quantities, ready for the buyer to check and send.
- 05
Odd movers flagged
A line selling three times faster than usual, or not selling at all, gets its own note to the team.
Shown with software we see a lot. If your team uses something else, we build it into that instead.
Built for your business
Same job, different business. We build yours.
Two firms in the same trade rarely run a job the same way. Different software, different steps, different people signing off. We build it for your business, around how your team actually does the job.
Your steps
Built around the order your team already works in, odd exceptions included.
Your software
Runs inside the tools you already pay for, set up the way you use them.
Your rules
Your wording, your limits, your sign-offs. Nothing generic goes out in your name.
You sign off
Your team keeps the final say.
The buyer approves every order. Seasonal lines, promotions and one-off big orders are theirs to judge, and it never sends a purchase order on its own.
What it's worth
What those hours add up to.
4 hours a week, over 46 working weeks, is 184 hours a year. At $50 an hour, that’s
$9,200
back in the business, every year.
Typical, not promised.
Before and after
The job, before and after.
How it runs today
The buyer walks the warehouse, scrolls the stock report and reorders on feel. Fast movers run out before the supplier's lead time is up, and slow lines get reordered because nobody noticed they'd stopped selling.
What we build
- Stock and sales pulled daily
- Days of cover worked out
- A ranked reorder list
- Restock emails drafted
- Odd movers flagged
A month in
Fast movers stop running dry, slow lines stop getting reordered out of habit, and the weekly buy takes an hour instead of a morning.
FAQ
Do reorder alerts handle seasonal lines?
Yes. Reorder alerts use the same period last year where you've got the history, and the buyer can pin any line to a fixed quantity.
Our stock counts aren't perfect. Does that matter?
A little. Reorder alerts work from what your stock system says, so lines with odd numbers (negative stock, no sales for months) get flagged for you to fix the count first.
