AI for Wholesale & Distribution
AI for Wholesale & Distribution gives a typical sales and customer service team about 25 hours a week back: customer purchase orders get read from email and PDF and keyed in for review, and "where's my order" emails get answered from your own records, so your team stops retyping and starts selling.

More quotes turn into jobs.
Sound familiar?
It's all up onthe office wall.
The same four headaches, pinned up every week and never quite sorted.
Retyping purchase orders
Customers send POs as PDFs, scans and plain emails. Someone reads each one, finds the customer's part numbers, and keys every line in. One typo and the wrong thing ships.
"Where's my order?"
The same question, dozens of times a day. Each one means looking up the order, checking whether it's picked, finding the tracking number, and writing a reply.
Supplier price lists
Suppliers send new price files in their own formats. Updating costs takes days, and until it's done you're quoting on old numbers and losing margin you didn't know you had.
Telling customers about shortages
A line goes on backorder and nobody tells the customer until they ring to ask where it is. Then someone has to explain, and offer a substitute if there is one.

FAQ
What owners ask us first.
Something we haven't covered? Ask it on the call.
Can AI connect to an old wholesale order system?
Usually, yes. Cin7, NetSuite, Sage and QuickBooks all allow connections, and for older systems we can often work from an import file or a scheduled export. We check yours on the free call, before we quote anything, and if there's genuinely no way in we'll tell you rather than sell you something fragile.
What happens if AI reads a purchase order wrong?
Nothing ships, because every order read from a PO is staged for a person to check, not released straight to the warehouse. Any line the system isn't sure about (an unknown part number, a price that doesn't match the customer's agreed pricing) is flagged on the line itself.
Will our customers notice anything different?
Mostly that replies come faster. Order and status emails still come from your usual addresses in your team's wording, and anything unusual goes to the account manager.
Is our pricing and customer data safe?
Yes. Your pricing and customer data stay on accounts you own, and the build only gets access to what it needs. Every permission is listed in the handover pack, and you can switch any of them off yourself.
Does AI replace our sales team?
No. It takes the retyping and lookups off your team, about 25 hours a week across sales and customer service. Most distributors use the time to ring more customers and handle more orders without hiring.
