Private-dining and event proposals
Proposals out the same day and deposits in without a phone call. Each one is drafted with menus, price and a deposit link for your manager to approve and send.

How it runs
What we build, step by step.
This is the usual shape. Yours gets built around how your team actually does the job.
- 01
Proposal drafted from the enquiry
Date, numbers, menu choices, room and extras are pulled from the enquiry into your proposal template, with prices from your current packages.
- 02
Manager approval
The draft goes to the events manager to check and adjust. Nothing reaches the customer without their sign-off.
- 03
Sent with terms and a deposit link
The approved proposal goes out with your terms to sign and a link to pay the deposit.
- 04
Follow-ups until it's decided
A check-in after a few days and a reminder before the hold runs out. Questions go straight to the manager.
- 05
Confirmed events handed to the team
Once the deposit is paid, the event goes in the diary with numbers, menu and dietary notes for the kitchen.
Shown with software we see a lot. If your team uses something else, we build it into that instead.
Built for your business
Same job, different business. We build yours.
Two firms in the same trade rarely run a job the same way. Different software, different steps, different people signing off. We build it for your business, around how your team actually does the job.
Your steps
Built around the order your team already works in, odd exceptions included.
Your software
Runs inside the tools you already pay for, set up the way you use them.
Your rules
Your wording, your limits, your sign-offs. Nothing generic goes out in your name.
You sign off
Your team keeps the final say.
The events manager approves every proposal and price before it's sent, and agrees any change to menus, numbers or terms.
What it's worth
What those hours add up to.
3 hours a week, over 46 working weeks, is 138 hours a year. At $50 an hour, that’s
$6,900
back in the business, every year.
Typical, not promised.
Before and after
The job, before and after.
How it runs today
The events manager copies an old proposal, edits the menus and numbers by hand, exports a PDF and emails it. The deposit gets chased by phone. Half the proposals never get a follow-up.
What we build
- Proposal drafted from the enquiry
- Manager approval
- Sent with terms and a deposit link
- Follow-ups until it's decided
- Confirmed events handed to the team
A month in
Every proposal gets followed up instead of half of them, deposits come in by link, and the kitchen hears about every event in good time.
FAQ
Can we keep our own proposal design?
Yes. We build from your current event proposal, so it looks the same to customers and simply gets filled in for you.
What happens when event numbers change after the proposal?
The customer's update goes to the manager, and once they approve it, the revised proposal and any change to the deposit go out.
