Around 6 hours a week back.
Sound familiar?
It's all up onthe office wall.
The same four headaches, pinned up every week and never quite sorted.
Enquiries land when nobody can answer
Group bookings, weddings and private-dining requests come in by email and web form during service, and get a reply the next afternoon. By then the customer has booked the place that answered first.
The same guest questions, every day
Parking, early check-in, dietary needs, dogs, what time the kitchen closes. Each one is quick on its own. Together they fill a reservations inbox.
Ordering on a Sunday night
The head chef or manager counts stock after close and emails orders to five suppliers, then checks deliveries against invoices by hand on Tuesday.
The rota never holds
Sick calls, swaps and last-minute cover mean a manager spends the morning texting staff one by one, then fixing the rota so the next shift knows who's in.

It won't be perfect. That's why a person sees anything that matters.
Booking and event enquiries
A manager approves anything outside standard bookings: exclusive hire, discounts, special menus, or dates you're holding for someone else.
Common-question replies by email, text and web chat
For the first few weeks every reply waits for approval.

FAQ
What owners ask us first.
Something we haven't covered? Ask it on the call.
Will guests know they're talking to a computer?
The messages never pretend to be a named member of staff. They come from your venue's own address and number, in your house style, a guest can always reply to reach a person, and anything sensitive goes straight to the team.
Can hospitality AI confirm bookings or quote prices?
Yes, within limits. It confirms standard bookings against your live availability and quotes prices from your published menus and packages. Group rates, exclusive hire, discounts and anything off-menu are always approved by a manager first.
Will it work with OpenTable, Resy, SevenRooms or our hotel PMS?
Usually, yes. We build around the booking system you already have, and most can either connect or share availability and booking lists. We check yours on the free call before you pay anything, and if a system can't be reached, we'll tell you.
How does hospitality AI handle allergies and accessibility requests?
It records allergy and accessibility requests and passes them to the kitchen or front desk, where a person confirms them. The system never tells a guest a dish is safe for their allergy or that a room meets an access need.
Is guest data safe?
Yes. The build runs on accounts in your business's name and only sees the booking and contact details each job needs. Card details stay in your payment system, and the handover pack lists every permission so you can switch any of them off.
