Case studies from finished jobs
Proof instead of promises. Your best finished jobs become short case studies for the website, your proposals and sales visits.

How it runs
What we build, step by step.
This is the usual shape. Yours gets built around how your team actually does the job.
- 01
Jobs worth writing up picked
Larger or unusual jobs with good photos and a happy customer are flagged once they're finished and paid.
- 02
The story pulled together
The problem, what you found, what you did, how long it took, and the photos, drawn from the job notes, the quote and CompanyCam.
- 03
The customer's own words
Quotes are taken from their review or thank-you email. If there isn't one, a short note asks the customer for a line and their permission to use it.
- 04
A one-page write-up
A short case study for the website and a version that slots into proposals, with names and addresses only where the customer has said yes.
Shown with software we see a lot. If your team uses something else, we build it into that instead.
Built for your business
Same job, different business. We build yours.
Two firms in the same trade rarely run a job the same way. Different software, different steps, different people signing off. We build it for your business, around how your team actually does the job.
Your steps
Built around the order your team already works in, odd exceptions included.
Your software
Runs inside the tools you already pay for, set up the way you use them.
Your rules
Your wording, your limits, your sign-offs. Nothing generic goes out in your name.
You sign off
Your team keeps the final say.
The customer approves any quote or detail used, and the owner approves every case study before it's published.
What it's worth
What those hours add up to.
2 hours a week, over 46 working weeks, is 92 hours a year. At $50 an hour, that’s
$4,600
back in the business, every year.
Typical, not promised.
Before and after
The job, before and after.
How it runs today
You've done impressive work for years, and the website still has three stock photos and a paragraph about quality. When a big customer asks for examples, someone scrambles through old emails.
What we build
- Jobs worth writing up picked
- The story pulled together
- The customer's own words
- A one-page write-up
A month in
A library of real jobs that grows every month, ready to drop into any proposal, so nobody digs through old emails when a big customer asks for examples.
FAQ
What if the customer doesn't want to be named in a case study?
Then the case study uses the job type and the town, not their name or address. Plenty of good case studies are anonymous.
Can we use customer quotes in ads?
Yes, if the customer has agreed. Real words from real customers usually work better in ads than anything we could write, and we track who gave permission for what.
