Listing paperwork
New listings ready to go live days sooner. One intake form gets the agreement signed, the seller's documents chased and the listing drafted.

How it runs
What we build, step by step.
This is the usual shape. Yours gets built around how your team actually does the job.
- 01
One intake form
The agent fills in the property details and terms once, from their phone, after the listing appointment.
- 02
Agreement sent for signature
The listing agreement is filled in from the form and sent to the seller once the agent has checked it.
- 03
Seller documents chased
The seller gets a clear list of the documents and disclosures you need, with reminders until each one arrives.
- 04
Files saved to the listing folder
Each document that comes in is renamed and filed, and the checklist updates.
- 05
Listing description drafted
A first draft from the intake form and the agent's notes, in your house style, for the agent to edit.
Shown with software we see a lot. If your team uses something else, we build it into that instead.
Built for your business
Same job, different business. We build yours.
Two firms in the same trade rarely run a job the same way. Different software, different steps, different people signing off. We build it for your business, around how your team actually does the job.
Your steps
Built around the order your team already works in, odd exceptions included.
Your software
Runs inside the tools you already pay for, set up the way you use them.
Your rules
Your wording, your limits, your sign-offs. Nothing generic goes out in your name.
You sign off
Your team keeps the final say.
The agent checks the agreement before it's sent, and edits and approves every listing description. Nothing is published automatically.
What it's worth
What those hours add up to.
3 hours a week, over 46 working weeks, is 138 hours a year. At $50 an hour, that’s
$6,900
back in the business, every year.
Typical, not promised.
Before and after
The job, before and after.
How it runs today
After a listing appointment, the agent fills in the agreement, emails the seller a list of documents, chases them for a week, and writes the listing description late at night.

A month in
Listings go live days sooner, nobody chases a seller for documents by hand, and agents stop writing descriptions at midnight.
FAQ
Does listing paperwork automation use our state's forms?
Yes. The build fills in the agreement and disclosure forms your agency already uses, and it doesn't change them.
Will the listing description sound generic?
It shouldn't, because the listing description is written from the agent's notes in your house style. It's still a first draft, and an agent always edits it before it goes anywhere.
