Viewing feedback and seller updates

Sellers hear from you every week without having to ask. Feedback from every viewing is collected and turned into a note they can read in a minute.

Hours back

3

hours a week back, typically

How it runs

What we build, step by step.

This is the usual shape. Yours gets built around how your team actually does the job.

  1. 01

Feedback asked for after the viewing

A couple of hours after each viewing, the buyer gets a short text asking what they thought and whether they'd like a second look.

  2. 02

    Answers logged

Feedback is saved against the buyer and the listing in the CRM, with objections in the buyer's own words.

  3. 03

    Interested buyers flagged

Anyone asking for a second viewing or hinting at an offer goes to the agent the same day.

  4. 04

A weekly note to each seller

How many viewings, what buyers said, and the agent's suggested next step, drafted for the agent to check and send.

Shown with software we see a lot. If your team uses something else, we build it into that instead.

Built for your business

Same job, different business. We build yours.

Two firms in the same trade rarely run a job the same way. Different software, different steps, different people signing off. We build it for your business, around how your team actually does the job.

  • Your steps

Built around the order your team already works in, odd exceptions included.

  • Your software

Runs inside the tools you already pay for, set up the way you use them.

  • Your rules

Your wording, your limits, your sign-offs. Nothing generic goes out in your name.

You sign off

Your team keeps the final say.

The agent reads every seller update and owns any advice on price or strategy.

What it's worth

What those hours add up to.

3 hours a week, over 46 working weeks, is 138 hours a year. At $50 an hour, that’s

$6,900

back in the business, every year.

Typical, not promised.

Before and after

The job, before and after.

How it runs today

Agents mean to call each buyer after a viewing but rarely get to all of them. Sellers ring on Friday asking how it went, and the agent pieces together an answer from memory.

What we build

  • Feedback asked for after the viewing
  • Answers logged
  • Interested buyers flagged
  • A weekly note to each seller

A month in

Every seller gets an update every week, the Friday 'how did it go?' calls stop, and price conversations come with real buyer feedback behind them.

FAQ

Will buyers find a viewing feedback text annoying?

Unlikely, because it's one short text sent a couple of hours after the viewing, and only once. Buyers who don't reply aren't chased.

Does the seller see buyers' names in viewing feedback?

Only if you want them to. By default the weekly seller update summarises viewing feedback without naming any buyer.
